Twenty individuals were sentenced by Judge Maureen Skerda during Warren County Court proceedings Friday, including two from February's county-wide drug sweep.
Nathan Paul Campbell of 211 Walnut St. was sentenced to between six months and one year in the Warren County Jail on a count of possession with intent to deliver as a result of charges following the February drug sweep. He was also ordered to submit a DNA sample, had his driving privileges suspended for 12 months, was ordered to perform 80 hours of community service, was ordered to serve three years of probation, was ordered to pay $3,100 in fines and costs and was ordered to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation. For a separate count of possession with intent to deliver, Campbell was ordered to serve an additional five to 11 and a half months incarceration, was ordered to serve an additional one year of probation, had his driving privileges suspended for an additional six months and was ordered to pay $3,000 in fines and costs.
Jodi Lynn Wise of 219 S. Jared St., DuBois, was sentenced to between nine months and three years in a state facility with 23 days credit for time served for a count of possession with intent to deliver related to February's drug sweep. Wise was also sentenced to submit a DNA sample, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, have her driving privileges suspended for six months and pay $2,300 in fines and costs. Wise was sentenced to an additional three years of state parole for a related count of criminal use of a communication facility.
Bethea Calloway of 5541 Cherry Grove Rd., Clarendon, was sentenced to between six months and two years less one day incarceration in the Warren County Jail for a count of violating the public welfare code. Calloway was also ordered to pay $4,465 in fines, costs and restitution and perform 70 hours of community service.
David Thomas Blaisdell of 31115 Route 6, Pittsfield, was sentenced to between four and 18 months incarceration in the Warren County Jail for a count of accident involving death or personal injury. He was also ordered to pay $780 in fines and costs, perform 70 hours of community service and had his driving privileges suspended for 12 months. Blaisdell was sentenced to an additional 60 to 90 days incarceration for a count of driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, had his driving privileges suspended for an additional 12 months and was ordered to pay an additional $530 in fines, costs and restitution. For counts of display of registration plates, driver required to be licensed, driving vehicle at safe speed, careless driving-serious bodily injury, restraint systems and tire equipment/traction surfaces Blaisdell was ordered to pay an additional $715 in fines and costs. Blaisdell was given credit for 103 days served in incarceration.
Suzie Dahlgren of 101 Harris Ave., Jamestown, N.Y., was sentenced to between five and ten months incarceration in the Warren County Jail for a count of forgery. Dahlgren was also ordered to serve two years probation, perform 50 hours of community service, pay $1,783.49 in fines costs and restitution and to have no contact with her victim.
Kimberly L. Gnage of 315 E. Danielle Ct., Mary Esther, Fla., was sentenced to between 64 days and one year incarceration in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served, and to pay fines and costs of $350 for a count of defiant trespass.
Christian Iverson of 28 Walnut St. was sentenced to between 60 days and one year incarceration in the Warren County Jail with credit for 30 days times served, 80 hours of community service and $850 in fines, costs and restitution for a count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Iverson was also ordered to obtain his GED.
Michael Darren Knight of 22 Buchanan St. was sentenced to between three months and one year incarceration in the Warren County Jail with credit for 71 days served, 20 hours of community service, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and to pay $1,350 in fines and costs for a count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Knight was sentenced to serve 30 days probation and pay a $500 fine for a count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Joseph R. Kuzminski of 213 1/2 W. Main St., Youngsville, was sentenced to serve one year of probation, had his driving privileges suspended for six months, perform 25 hours of community service, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and pay $750 in fines, costs and restitution for a count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Frankie Lundmark of 951 Swede Hill Rd., Russell, was sentenced to the intermediate punishment program for a period of five years on a count of DUI:Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+). Lundmark will serve 30 days incarcerated in the Warren County Jail, serve 60 days under house arrest and serve an additional 57 months under intermediate punishment supervision. Lundmark also had her driving privileges suspended for 18 months, was ordered to perform 30 hours of community service, participate in alcohol highway safety school and the victim impact panel, undergo outpatient drug and alcohol counseling and pay $2,350 in fines and costs.
Robert Louis Machemer of 222 N. Carver St. was sentenced to between 71 days and two years less one day incarcerated at the Warren County Jail with credit given for time served for a count of simple assault stemming from an assault on a wheelchair-bound woman. Skerda said, "The facts and circumstances of this case are deplorable," before handing down her sentence. Machemer was also ordered to complete 50 hours of community service, participate in a healthy relationship program, participate in drug and alcohol and anger management counseling, have no contact with his victim and pay $1,200 in fines, costs and restitution.
Kyle Miller of 307 W. Main St., Sheffield, was sentenced to serve one year of probation to be served consecutively to a current probation sentence on another charge, to perform 25 hours of community service, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and to pay $1,150 in fines costs and restitution for a count of theft by unlawful taking.
Jakob Edward Smith of 30 E. Wayne St. was sentenced to serve two years probation, perform 100 hours of community service, complete sexual offender individual counseling and pay fines and costs of $825 for a count of corruption of minors. Smith was also ordered to graduate high school.
Harry S. Snyder Jr. of 108 Water St., Apt. 2, was sentenced to serve one year of probation, complete 70 hours of community service and to pay $644 in fines and costs for a count of disorderly conduct. Snyder was also ordered to continue his current mental health regimen and have no contact with his victim.
Steven R. Snyder of 108 Oak St., Apt. 1, was sentenced to between 66 days and one year incarcerated in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served, to perform 25 hours of community service, to participate in an anger management program, to continue his current mental health regimen and to pay $600 in fines and costs for a count of resisting arrest. Snyder was sentenced to an additional six months probation and 25 hours of community service for each of two counts of disorderly conduct.
Wanda Lela Streit of 26 Tan St., Sheffield, was sentenced to between five days and one year incarcerated in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served, to perform 75 hours of community service and to pay $450 in fines and costs for a count of theft by unlawful taking.
Travis Tkach of 227 Main St., Youngsville, was sentenced to the intermediate punishment program for a period of five years on a count of DUI:Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+). Tkach was ordered to serve 30 days incarcerated in the Warren County Jail, 30 days in an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment program, 30 days house arrest with a continuous alcohol monitoring bracelet, an additional 90 days with a continuous alcohol monitoring bracelet, an additional 12 weeks in an intensive outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program, an additional six months in a regular outpatient treatment program, to attend alcohol highway safety school and the victim impact panel, to perform 30 hours of community service, to attend at least three Narcotics Anonymous or Alcoholics Anonymous programs, obtain a sponsor and complete a 12-step program and to pay $2,250 in fines and costs. Skerda had Tkach, who had alcohol in his system, transported to Warren General Hospital upon leaving the courtroom to allow medical monitoring of possible alcohol withdrawals.
Adam D. Vincent of 111 Sandstone Ln., Tidioute, was sentenced to between 72 hours and six months incarcerated in the Warren County Jail, had his driving privileges suspended for 12 months, was ordered to perform 15 hours of community service, to attend the alcohol highway safety school and the victim impact panel, to undergo outpatient drug and alcohol treatment and to pay $2,066.70 in fines, costs and restitution for a count of DUI:Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+). Vincent was sentenced to serve an additional one year probation, an additional one year suspension of driving privileges and an additional 30 hours of community service for a count of fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement. Vincent was also sentenced to pay an additional $55 in fines and costs for a count of traffic control.
Steven K. Walters of 92 Thompson Island Ln., Irvine, was sentenced to between 37 days and two years less one day in the Warren County Jail, to serve one year of probation following completion of his parole, to perform 70 hours of community service, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and to pay $2,748.58 in fines, costs and restitution for a count of receiving stolen property.
Brian Roger Winger of 5 S. Main St., Clarendon, was sentenced to serve 18 months probation, to perform 100 hours of community service and to pay $1,150 in fines and costs for a count of theft by unlawful taking.
