Conewango Twp.

DUI. Conewango Township police said they conducted a traffic stop on Aug. 15 at 3:27 a.m. at the intersection of Route 6 and Fireman Street after observing a vehicle traveling 65 mph in a 45 mph zone. Following an investigation, police found Michael Onoratti, Warren, to be under the influence of alcohol. Police said he was charged with one count DUI general impairment, one count DUI at highest rate, careless driving, and maximum speed limits. All charges have been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer pending further court action.

Lost/stolen property. Conewango Township Police said a white iPOD was left in the women's restroom at the North Warren Volunteer Fire Department at approximately 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18. Police said when the owner returned, approximately five minutes later, the item was gone. Anyone with information is asked to contact the township police at 26-0725.

Retail theft. Conewango Township police were dispatched to Walmart for a report of retail theft in progress at 6:15 p.m. Aug. 18. Police said Amanda Acevedo, 26, and Ana-Liz Delgado, 32, both of Jamestown, N.Y., were arrested for stealing $342.67 worth of merchandise. They were taken into custody by Pennsylvania Constables and appeared before Judge Glenn Carlson. Both were committed to Warren County Jail on $5,000 bail. Assisting at the scene was Warren-based state police.

Eldred Twp.

Suspects arraigned. Warren-based state police report Donald L. Copley II, 22; Tracy L. Antill, 43; and Timothy S. Antill, 39, all of Titusville, were arraigned on Aug. 14 in front of District Judge Cynthia Lindemuth on charges of theft by unlawful taking and trespass following investigation into an incident which occurred between April 14 and Aug. 2 on a property along Oil Creek Road. According to police, the three trespassed on the property of a 66-year-old male of Grand Valley to steal metal to be sold at a recycling center in Oil City. Police estimate the stolen property at $8,300. Bail was set at $25,000, unsecured, for each of the three.

Theft. Warren-based state police report that between July 20 and Aug. 17, someone removed several pieces of aluminum siding from the yard of a camp owned by Leo Zmijewski, 72, of Erie. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Mead Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police said charges are pending against Jordan D. Cooke, 27, of Russell after he fled the scene of an accident at 12:25 a.m. Aug. 17. The crash occurred a tenth of a mile east of House 13990 on Route 6 when Cooke, who was driving west, failed to negotiate a curve, veered off the roadway, struck a speed limit sign and then a tree. The driver received minor injuries and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

Pittsfield Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police investigated an incident of criminal mischief which occurred between Aug. 10 and 12 on Kane Road. According to police, someone drove a vehicle onto a field owned by a 72-year-old male of Waterford during the course of doing spin-outs on the highway, resulting in damage to the victim's fence. Damage is estimated at $300.

Sheffield Twp.

Arrest. Warren-based state police arrested Ryan Edwards, 28, of Frewsburg, N.Y., for an incident of terroristic threats, harassment by communications and stalking. According to police, Edwards called a known 26-year-old male of Sheffield 30 or more times making threats to harm him between 12:30 and 5 a.m. on Aug. 12. Edwards was arraigned before District Judge George Gregory and committed to the Warren County Jail on $25,000 bail.

Spring Creek Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based state police report that between Aug. 5 and 17, someone forced their way into a camp owned by Gary Deangelo, 51, Erie, and removed a 42-inch Sanyo flat screen television. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Sugar Grove

Found property. Warren-based state police said a men's bicycle was found in from the Sugar Grove Community Park. To claim the bike, contact the state police at 728-3600.

Tidioute

Simple assault/harassment. Warren-based state police responded to an incident on Aug. 5 involving Matthew J. Raymond, 34, of Warren and a known male juvenile. Police said Raymond is accused of assaulting the victim, causing abrasions, bruising, and a concussion. Police said he has been charged with simple assault and harassment.

Youngsville

Harassment. Warren-based state police report an incident occurred Aug. 15 at 8:15 p.m. at the Beacon Light facility. Police said a 17-year-old female will answer to a charge of harassment after she struck a 60-year -old victim with her elbow and then scratched her.
