Fatal car/tractor accident late Sunday in Sugar Grove
A North Warren woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Sunday night in Sugar Grove Township.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Anne M. Wolf, 78, was killed as a result of the crash at 9:34 p.m. Sunday at Route 957.
Wolf was a passenger in a car driven by Elizabeth A. Donovan, 86, of Warren, according to police.
Wolf, Donovan, and another passenger, a white male from Russell who police did not identify, were transported to Warren General Hospital. Another passenger whose identity was not released Monday afternoon, a white female from Russell, was flown by emergency helicopter to UPMC Hamot in Erie, according to police.
Police said the car was eastbound on 957 at the top of a hill when it crossed the center line and struck a westbound tractor driven by Travis Larson, 37, of Warren. Larson was not injured.
The car spun counter-clockwise and stopped. The tractor did not move as a result of the crash.
Police said the crash is under investigation.
Police initially identified the driver of the car as Elizabeth A. Lucia.
