Janet Hansen

Janet was born on January 19, 1920, to the late Esper and Hazel (Sweeting) Mason. She was a 1941 graduate of Warren High School and was a member of the First Lutheran Church. She was employed at the Warren State Hospital, Warren General Hospital and the Watson Home, where she worked as a nurse.

Janet is survived by her son, Larry Mathers, of Glen Burnie, MD; her stepchildren, Aldean (Rich) Mellon, Chrissie Hansen and Judy (Donald) Bak; her six granddaughters; and several great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, William Mathers; and her second husband, Robert Hansen; and her daughter Sharon (David) Zermane.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2019, at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. E. Warren, PA 16365, The Rev. Jeff Ewing, pastor of the First Lutheran Church, officiating. A private burial is to follow.

Internment at Westview Cemetery.
