Thomas Cooper
Thomas E. Cooper, 81, of Warren, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2019, at Warren Manor, surrounded by his family.
Thomas was born on February 26, 1938, to the late Arthur and Evelyn (Cousins) Cooper.
Thomas was employed at Struthers Wells for 26 years and then began working at the National Forge, where he remained for 6 years. He loved bingo, camping, motorcycles and playing the slot machines. Most of all, Thomas enjoyed time spent with his family, and they will all miss him dearly.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife, Janet R. Cooper, whom he married on May 23, 1981; his children, Leon (Patty) McChesney of V.A. and Debora (Deryl) Chapel of S.C.; his siblings, Doug (Carolyn) Cooper, of Warren, Gary (Becky) Cooper, of F.L. and Terry (Linda) Cooper of Mifflinburg, P.A.; 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his son, Randy McChesney.
Friends will be received from 121 PM on Monday, August 5, 2019, at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. E. Warren, PA 16365. A funeral service will follow at 1 PM, with Rev. Ralph Culp, officiating.
The family has requested memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 2 W Crescent Park, Warren, PA 16365.
