School directors wrestle with class rank designation again

Should be Latin system.

So the number 1 and 2 at Sheffield get these great titles and all that comes with it. Of course they were only competing against 25 other kids.

Yet the number 10 ranked kid at WAHS doesn't get any title and yet they would've ranked higher than the number 1 and 2 at Sheffield. Doesn't make sense to me, but clearly explains why these small schools would hate to have to combine to one big school with real competition.

Name the Valedictorian and Salutatorian, and leave it at that. High school is tough enough without adding the latin honors system. No one understands it, so it means nothing to people in Warren.
