Agree. Names should be stated. But if you go back through previous WTO articles you can find out who the CEO is and other board members. However, the reader shouldn't have to seek this information out.

Somebody name me some names of responsible people. Is the WTO so "polite" that they won't print the names of those responsible? The "program" is PEOPLE. Who are they, or shall I start guessing.

The only way this concept works -- and it doesn't even always work then -- is if businesses are REIMBURSED for training that actually takes place.

I attached a link to this other interesting article that someone is bragging about the impact they have in Warren on training employees and the devastation a cut in state funding will have on us. Then I read the current article in today's paper and my blood boils.
