Another reason I don't mind leaving Warren. PA. When is Warren going to wake up and accept the fact skateboarding is not a fad an treat it as a sport with some respect. Whoever runs this town has never left,

I'm happy you are warning the skateboarders and scooter riders about their misdeeds, but what percentage of cyclists actually stop at traffic lights and stop signs? How many don't even realize they must? How many casual riders do you see going up the wrong side of the street? Are these violators of the law any less dangerous than scooter/skateboard riders? And let us not leave out runners. They, too, are pedestrians and belong on the sidewalk where one exists. Come on Warren City Police, let's not play favorites. Additionally, these warnings would have been better issued at the beginning of the good-weather season, not the end.
