So the transit authority is looking on how to get to Titusville and Oil city and Clarion when most people just want to go to Jamestown,NY. They need to look into how to link up with Jamestown's bus system.

"cost savings could then be re-invested to improve or expand service" Why can't the savings ever be used to reduce taxes? Typlical political games.
