"Pascuzzi suggested the RDA get an estimate from a contractor for demolition costs. He also said that the property was identified by the Clarendon Volunteer Fire Department as the biggest risk in town." Isn't Chairman Pascuzzi also the Clarendon Fire Chief and Town Council President? Therefore he would just be reaffirming his own opinion?
