3 women charged in Pa. diner rampage

October 26, 2013
Associated Press

CANTON, Pa. (AP) — Three women were facing charges after they allegedly assaulted seven employees at a western Pennsylvania diner in a dispute over child support payments.

Police said one of the women hit employees with a metal baseball bat in the Friday incident and threw a container of boiling hot Alfredo sauce on another employee.

The women, 26-year-old Tori Thomas, 25-year-old Summer Thomas and 24-year-old Amanda Terry were each jailed on an aggravated assault charge and other counts. Court papers did not list lawyers for the women. All three listed their address as Washington.

Police did not say whether the man from whom they were demanding child support payments worked at Cee Tee's Diner in Canton, in Washington County.
