AVELLA, Pa. (AP) — Police say a western Pennsylvania man was shot and killed during a fight with his brother.
The Washington Observer-Reporter (http://bit.ly/1hqQbp5 ) reports that County Coroner Timothy Warco says 47-year-old Richard G Bauduin Jr. died of a shotgun wound to his head at about 7 p.m. Saturday. Bauduin was in his home.
Police charged his brother, 46-year-old Robert Jay Bauduin, with homicide. He's being held without bond in the Washington County jail. State police say an argument between the two brothers turned physical, but they don't know what prompted the shooting.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 4. No attorney was listed on court papers.
