Fourteen defendants entered guilty pleas during plea court proceedings on Monday before Judge Gregory Hammond.
Entering pleas were:
Lacy G. Abraham, 31 Foulkrod St., Box 971, Sheffield, guilty to DUI: high rate of alcohol - first. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment - first; and flashing signals were not prosecuted.
Russell E. Bahneman, 119 Mickle Hill RD., Pittsfield, guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol - third. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment - third; driving while under suspension; and careless driving were not prosecuted.
Clair W. Bates, Erie, guilty to possession with intent to deliver; and possession with intent to deliver less than two grams. Additional charges including four counts of criminal conspiracy - possession with intent to deliver; two counts of criminal use of a communications facility; and two counts of possession with intent to deliver were not prosecuted.
Claudia A. Bunce, Hog Haven, Matthews Run Road, Youngsville, guilty to bad checks.
Sean Patrick Canfield, 804 Holly St., guilty to two counts of harassment; failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders; and simple assault. Additional charges including two counts of simple assault and two counts of harassment were not prosecuted.
Chandler Gordon Clark, Titusville, guilty to burglary and theft by unlawful taking. Additional charges of robbery; five counts of criminal mischief; four counts of burglary; and four counts of theft by unlawful taking were not prosecuted.
Kenneth Paul Fiscus, 317 Pleasant Drive, guilty to DUI: high rate of alcohol - first; and resisting arrest or other law enforcement. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment - first; DUI: general impairment with accident - first; fleeing or attempting to elude police officer; reckless driving; accident with damage to attended vehicle or property; duty to giver information and render aid; driving vehicle at safe speed; and resisting arrest or other law enforcement were not prosecuted.
William M. Jerman, 3854 Hemlock Rd., guilty to driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked; and DUI: general impairment - second. Additional charges of driving on roadways laned for traffic; possession of drug paraphernalia; and DUI: highest rate of alcohol - second were not prosecuted.
Michael Thomas Jewart, 1175 Samuelson Rd., Youngsville, guilty to DUI: general impairment - second; and careless driving. Additional charges of DUI: high rate of alcohol - first; and operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection were not prosecuted.
Curtis Eugene Levesque, Rochester, N.Y., guilty to driver required to be licensed; careless driving; restriction on alcoholic beverages; and DUI: general impairment with refusal - first were not prosecuted.
Thomas Eric Lucks, 22 Park St., North Warren, guilty to defiant trespass.
James Theodore Porter, 900 Pennsylvania Ave. E., guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol - first; and unlawful activities. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment - first; and driver required to be licensed were not prosecuted.
Daren Ramona Redmond, 33 Main Drive, North Warren, guilty to simple assault. Additional charges of aggravated assault (injury to state hospital employee); and harassment were not prosecuted.
John Allen Yenter, 15 W. Third Ave., Apt. 4, guilty to DUI: high rate of alcohol - first; and possession with intent to deliver.
