EXCERPT OF KANE REPORT SUGGESTS CORBETT DIDN'T DELAY SANDUSKY INVESTIGATION

Attorney General Kathleen Kane repeatedly questioned why it took nearly three years for child-sex charges to be filed against former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky when she ran for office two years ago. Now, excerpts of her report on the probe say there's no evidence Republican Gov. Tom Corbett delayed the charges for political reasons, which Kane, a Democrat, had suggested.

Her memoir, "Hard Choices," will be released Tuesday. But her hardest choice — whether or not to run for president in 2016 — appears to be up in the air. She says she'll decide on running "when it feels right for me to decide."

HERSHEY SUING COLORADO FIRM FOR POT EDIBLES IT SAYS TOO CLOSELY MIMIC SOME OF ITS MOST POPULAR CANDIES

The iconic Pennsylvania chocolate maker filed the trademark infringement lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Denver this week against TinctureBelle LLC and TinctureBelle Marijuanka LLC. It alleges four treats the company make mimic Hershey's Almond Joy, Heath, Reese's peanut butter cups and York peppermint patty candies.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. passed Brad Keselowski down the stretch to win a thriller Sunday at Pocono Raceway. Earnhardt led only 11 laps, but his No. 88 Chevrolet was the car to beat down the stretch. Earnhardt won the Daytona 500 and now has multiple wins in a season for the first time since 2004.
