Criminal trespass. Warren-based State Police reported that Richard B. Berry, 39, Corry, and Jon M. Slye, 22, Corry were charged with criminal trespass after they were discovered to have trespassed onto property owned by Cherry Springs of Smethport on Emerson Road on Dec. 2 at 1:25 p.m.
