Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables reported arresting Joshua M. Lambert, 24, on Dec. 19 at 1:30 p.m. on an arrest warrant issued by District Justice Zerbe on charges of recklessly endangering another person. He was taken before District Justice Zerbe and remanded to the Warren County Jail.
Aggravated assault. Warren City Police reported that Meredith L. Weakley, 421 1/2 Conewango Ave., was taken into custody and charged on Dec. 16 at 11:41 p.m. after officers were dispatched to her residence for a domestic dispute. While being taken into custody, Weakley did kick an officer about the head after being told she was under arrest and to stop resisting.
PFA violation. Warren City Police reported that Kenneth P. Ristau, 1263 Griff Hill Road, Clarendon, was taken into custody on December 17 at 4:00 a.m. after he did enter a local restaurant knowing a female was inside knowing that he had a PFA order against him. Ristau was arraigned and placed in the Warren County Jail.
Harassment. Warren City Police reported that Bonnie R. Richards, 107 Sixth Avenue, was cited after officers were dispatched to 411 Hickory Street on December 18 at 8:31 p.m. for a domestic.
DUI. Warren City Police reported that Travis J. Tkach, 227 W. Main Street, Youngsville, was taken into custody and charged after he was the operator of a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado that he crashed into the center barrier on Route 6 West on December 18 at 5:21 p.m. He has been charged with DUI highest rate of alcohol 2nd offense, DUI general impairment, DUI crash, and driving vehicle at safe speed.
Confining and housing of dogs not part of a kennel. Warren City Police reported that a non-traffic citation was filed charging Andrea L. Constable, 114 Buchanan Street, after her mixed breed dog got loose on December 1 at 11:49 a.m. and bit a male walking on a public sidewalk several blocks away from the Constable residence.
DUI crash. Warren-based State Police responded to a crash approximately 50 feet north of State Route 6 on Preston Road in Conewango Township on Dec. 16 at 11:20 p.m. where a 2003 Black dodge Durango had driven into a ditch. The accused, Matthew J. Jenkins, 21, Warren was found to be under the influence of controlled substances and alcohol.
Criminal mischief. Police reported that sometime between 10 p.m. on Dec. 18th and 4 p.m. on Dec. 19th an unknown individual(s) cut a holiday lawn ordainment at the residence of Harry Neatby on 16 Robin Lane. Anyone with more information is asked to contact the police.
Disorderly conduct. Warren-based State Police reported that Leeann Waterhouse, 56, Warren entered the property of another during an unrelated investigation on Dec. 17 at approximately 4 a.m. Waterhouse, while visibly intoxicated, began yelling obscenities and expressing her frustration on a misconception that a family member was being arrested. The accused refused to speak calmly and cease her yelling under direction of the police. The accused was taken into custody and issued a citation for disorderly conduct.
Criminal mischief. Tidioute Borough Police reported that, after an investigation, juvenile allegations were filed against a 13-year-old and a 11-year-old male who are accused of $550 worth of damage done to the property of Corey Nicholson, 195 Main St., Tidioute. Charges were filed with Warren County Probation.
