22 defendants plead guilty in county court

Twenty-two defendants pleaded guilty Monday during Warren County Court proceedings before Judge Maureen Skerda.

James H. Akers, 12 Madison Ave., to one count of indecent exposure. A charge of corruption of minors was not prosecuted.

Maranda Lynn Anthony, 20775 Lindsey Hollow Rd., Corry, to one count of receiving stolen property. Charges of criminal conspiracy-theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy-receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.

David Thomas Blaisdell, 31115 Rt. 6, Pittsfield, to charges of display of registration plate, driver required to be licensed, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, driving vehicle at safe speed, careless driving-serious bodily injury, restraint systems, tire equipment and traction surfaces and accidents involving death/personal injury-not licensed properly.

Brenda Lee Ellis, 444 Conewango Ave., to counts of false identification to law enforcement and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked. Charges of obstructing administration of law or other governmental function and required financial responsibility were not prosecuted.

Tobin Joseph Farr, 410 1/2 Hazel St., to a count of theft by unlawful taking.

James Leroy Gall, 2067 Lake Rd., Cochranton, to counts of DUI: highest rate of impairment (BAC .16+) and driving on right side of roadway. Charges of DUI: general impairment-incapable of safe driving, driving vehicle at safe speed and restraint systems were not prosecuted.

Jessie Joe Greenhalgh, 13 1/2 Elm St., to counts of accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property and receiving stolen property. Charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, false reports to law enforcement authorities, driving vehicle at safe speed, restriction on alcoholic beverages and reckless driving were not prosecuted. Greenhalgh was ordered to pay full restitution.

John Carlton Irvine, 8 Swiss St., to one count of simple assault. Two charges of harassment and a charge of public drunkenness were not prosecuted.

Cody Charles Jackman, 116 N. Irvine St., to a count of possession of a controlled substance. A charge of possession with intent to deliver and ten charges of criminal usage of a communications facility were not prosecuted.

Charles Edward Jackson, Lot 1, W. Washington St., Corry, to one count of receiving stolen property.

Kevin Wendall Kays, Warren County Prison, to one count of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child. Four charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, five charges of sexual assault, five charges of statutory sexual assault, one charge of obscene and other sexual material, five charges of corruption of minors, five charges of indecent exposure, five charges of harassment and five charges of indecent assault were not prosecuted.

Marc T. Lobdell, 140 Keenan St., Clarendon, to counts of DUI: incapable of safe driving, simple assault, resisting arrest or other law enforcement and public drunkenness. Two charges of terroristic threats, two charges of recklessly endangering another person, five charges of operating in a safe manner, two charges of limited registration of a snowmobile or ATV and one charge each of DUI: general impairment (BAC .08-.10), simple assault, disorderly conduct, operation on streets and highways, registration of snowmobile or ATV, additional limitations on operation and liability insurance were not prosecuted.

Frankie Lundmark, 951 Swede Hill Rd., Russell, to one count of DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+). charges of DUI: general impairment-incapable of safe driving and restriction on alcoholic beverages were not prosecuted.

Michelle L. Minnis, 67 Ford St., Youngsville, to a count of resisting arrest or other law enforcement. Two charges of simple assault and a charge of aggravated assault (injury to police officer) were not prosecuted.

Jessica Elizabeth Neizmik, 108 Wilderness Park, Clarendon, to a count of possession with intent to deliver.

Craig Robert Nelson, 6 Vine St., North Warren, to a count of disorderly conduct.

Amelia Frances O'Carroll, 1500 N. West 4th St., Boca Raton, Fla., to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 30 days to one year in the Warren County Jail and ordered to pay costs and fines of $750.

Alicia Louise Pape, 26 Keystone Ave., Sheffield, to counts of possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility, criminal conspiracy(manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to deliver).and retail theft Additional charges of possession with intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy (manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to deliver) criminal use of a communications facility and retail theft, two charges of possession of a controlled substance and a count of endangering the welfare of a child were not prosecuted.

Kyle John Phinney, Warren County Jail, to one count of theft by unlawful taking. Two additional counts of theft by unlawful taking, three charges each of receiving stolen property, theft from a motor vehicle, criminal conspiracy (theft from a motor vehicle), criminal conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking) and criminal conspiracy (receiving stolen property) were not prosecuted. Phinney was ordered to pay full restitution.

Bonnie Rae Richards, 323 Prospect St., to counts of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance. Three charges of possession with intent to deliver, four charges of criminal use of a communications facility and seven charges of possession of a controlled substance were not prosecuted.

Scott William Wagner, 1121 Spring St., to one count of criminal mischief. Charges of recklessly endangering another person and harassment were not prosecuted.

Greggory Scott Wees, Warren County Jail, to one count of criminal trespass. Three charges of possession of a controlled substance and five charges of possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.
