Youngsville Dairy Queen had a wild 11-10 Boys Minors win on Thursday in Warren County Little League play.
Down 10-9, Eric Ames tripled home the tying run in the top of the sixth inning. Later in the inning, Austin Peterson singled and stole his way around, scoring on a wild pitch to take the lead.
Jakob Magda left a runner stranded by striking out the final batter for the win. Peterson finished with two hits and three runs, and teammates Ethan Kesterholt and Timber Bower added two hits each in the offensive slugfest.
Jacob DeSimone and Ryan Lehman had four hits each on the other side.
Ben Berdine, Anthony Reynolds, Mitchell Grosch, Hunter Harding and Dillon Winters all had hits in the first inning of the Exchange Club Clubbers' Boys Minors win. Reynolds finished 3-for-3, and Micah Passmore, Winters and Kyle Anderson had two hits each.
Berdine, Grosch and Passmore combined on a one-hitter, striking out 12 in five innings.
Maddie Loutzenhiser had nine strikeouts in a two-hit shutout for Cornerstone in Girls Majors on Thursday.
Claudia Olson was 3-for-3 with two triples and a double, and Katie Freeborough had first-ever home run in a 21-6 Girls Juniors win for Jock Shop. Adriana Polley and Paige McCullough were also 3-for-3.
Montana Sarver was 2-for-3 in the game.
Nick Hussey struck out 11 of the 12 batters he faced, firing a no-hitter in Northwest Savings Bank's 12-0 Boys Minors victory over Wilcox Hardware on Thursday.
In other Boys Minors play, Wells Fargo Advisors defeated The Bucket, 12-2. Ben Salapek had three hits in the win and Hunter Loomis, Ryan Rafalski and Drew Swanson combined for 11 strikeouts while allowing only three hits.
