Charles S. Hudson Jr., 92, of 682 Pleasant Drive, Warren, PA, passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Warren General Hospital.
Charles was born No-vember 25, 1919, in War-ren, Pa., the son of the late Charles Hudson, Sr. and Ethel Stroup Hudson. He was a graduate of Warren High School, and later en-listed in the U.S. Army. He was in the combat infantry and received many medals for his service. Charles then worked for Sylvania as a tool and die maker from which he retired. He was a member of the VFW, and was an avid outdoorsman whom enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and camp-ing.
He is survived by two sons, Charles Hudson, Tuc-son, AZ and Kent Hudson and wife, Georgia, Warren, Pa.; seven grandchildren, Jeremy Hudson, Tucson, AZ, Joe Hudson, Warren, Pa., Tara Copley, Tammy Rogers, both of Sheffield, Pa., Timmy Edwards, War-ren, Pa., Scott Hudson, Tuc-son, AZ, Corey Hudson, San Diego, CA.; and two great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Ruth Hudson; his second wife, Nellie Hudson; son, David Hudson; daughter, Linda Pratt; and brother, Howard Hudson.
A private funeral service will be held at the conveni-ence of the family.
Burial will be in Oak-land Cemetery, Warren, Pa.
