A memorial service was conducted Saturday, July 7, 2012 in the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. for Justin D. Smith, who died May 31, 2012, with Rev. Marcus Briggs, Chaplain of Warren General Hospital, officiating. In ad-dition, Justin is survived by a sister, Trinity Zock of Warren, Pa.
