Dave Bortz and Greg Senyo lead the Monday Night Scramble League at Cable Hollow Golf Club with 67 points. Joe Bender and Ron Lemon are second with 66.5 points and Rick Rohlin and Scott Pearson are third with 59.5 points. Rohlin and Pearson had the low gross score Monday with a round of 32.

Judy McGinn and Barb Wilson had the low gross score of 40 and Leslie Baldensperger and Linda Michel had the low net score of 26 in Monday Night 2-person Scramble League play at Conewango Valley Country Club. Marlene Sandberg and Julie Moyer and Betsy Senger and Linda Ditka shared second low gross of 41 and Reachel Evans and Sally Steele had second low net of 27.

Bob Bires had low gross of 34 and Dick Desimone and Dick Wood shared low net of 29 in Youngsville Senior Golf League play Tuesday at Maplehurst Country Club. Dave Peck had second low gross of 37, Jim Fehlman third low gross of 38 and Pete Hoffert fourth low gross of 39. Bob Anderson and John McKinney shared second low net of 30.
Anderson and Bires had three birdies each during play, Chuck Briggs and Dave Dibble two each and Fehlman, Dave Grady, Hoffert, Bob Hook, Dale Martin, Bob Waterman, Wood and Bob Yucha all had one birdie each.
Valley Girls
Park Avenue Motor Car improved to 11-0 in Valley Girls Slow Pitch Softball League play with a pair of victories Monday at Betts Park. In a 13-2 victory over Styles Unlimited, Missy Snyder, Alicia Corey, Emma West, Amber Fox and Kellie McClement were all 3-for-3 for the winners. Snyder doubled and homered while McClement added a homer of her own.
In a 10-2 victory over Crescent Beer, Corrie Bednez was a perfect 4-for-4 and West was 3-for-3 with a homer.
In other action, CTI pounded the ball in a pair of wins, scoring 58 runs during the course of the evening. In a 42-8 win over Styles Unlimited, Kathleen Creek was a perfect 6-for-6 and Jen Jones 5-for-5 for the winners. Stephanie Arthur hit for the cycle in the victory and she, Creek and Kristy Kuzminski all scored five runs in the lopsided win.
In a 16-5 win over Double D's, Creek was 3-for-3 and she, Sarah Phillips and Megan Phillips all homered for CTI. Kayloni Smith hit a homer in defeat for Double D's.
