Theft. Dolores Roberts, 69, 7994 Route 957, Sugar Grove, reported to Warren-based state police that between 9 p.m. July 20 and 7:45 a.m. July 21 someone took approximately 12 decorative garden gnomes from her property. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crimestoppers.

Crash. Warren-based state police are searching for the driver of a dark green Ford 150 or 250 pickup truck involved in an accident on Rounds Hill Road at 9:4 a.m. July 21. According to police, the driver was northbound on Rounds Hill Road when his vehicle crossed both lanes of traffic and dropped off the left shoulder of the road, traveled approximately 131 feet, went through the yard at 1107 Rounds Hill Road, and struck a utility pole that was lying down and a 60-inch tow-behind mower deck. Police said the vehicle then re-entered the road and continued northbound for approximately a half mile before stopping to change a flat rear driver's side tire. After changing the tire, the driver fled the scene. Police said the vehicle should have damage to the front bumper area and that the driver faces a charge of driving on the right side of the road.
Youngsville
Theft. Zachary McLaughlin, 20, Youngsville, reported to Warren-based state police that between 12:01 and 9 a.m. July 21 someone entered his unsecured vehicle at 518 College St. and removed a compound bow and accessories, valued at approximately $600 from the rear seat. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crimestoppers.
