Careless driving. On Feb. 4, Konrad Kerr, 40, Titusville, was cited by Warren City Police for careless driving following a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Conewango and Pennsylvania avenues. Police said Kerr's vehicle struck the vehicle in front of his causing damage to both vehicles.
Public drunkenness. On Jan. 31, Patrick Nelson Jr., 35, Youngsville, was charged with public drunkenness after Warren City Police officers responded to a call of a man lying in the roadway.
Harassment. Warren City Police charged Keith Yates, 30, Warren, with harassment on Feb. 4 after officers were called to a domestic dispute.
Criminal mischief. On Feb. 1, Stephen Bashaw, 49, Warren, was charged by Warren City Police with criminal mischief after he damaged the front door to the Conewango Towers. Police said Bashaw was later charged with harassment, following an incident where he allegedly pushed a victim.
Simple assault. Warren City Police reported that on Jan. 31 Todd Hoak, 41, Warren, was charged with simple assault following a domestic dispute where he allegedly assaulted the victim causing injury.
Resisting arrest. Warren City Police reported that on Jan. 31 Tiffany Clayton, 24, Warren, was charged with simple assault, resisting arrest and terroristic threats after officers were called to a domestic dispute at her residence. She was arraigned before District Justice Laura Bauer and placed in Warren County Jail on $500 bail.
Harassment. Warren City Police reported that on Feb. 7 Deborah Ames, 60, Warren, was charged with simple assault and harassment after an investigation found that on Jan. 11 she allegedly assaulted a victim causing injury.
Possession. On Feb. 5, Krystal Tyler, 20, Warren, was charged by Warren City Police with possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, and Devlin Byrne, 22, Warren, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after an investigation found marijuana and items of drug paraphernalia in a residence.
Disorderly conduct. Warren City Police reported that on Feb. 9 Joshua Whitesel, 22, Pittsburgh, was cited for disorderly conduct after he was observed spinning his vehicle's tires in the parking lot of a local establishment spraying rocks, dirt, ice and snow.
Possession. On Feb. 10, Tracy Madigan, 50, Warren, was charged by Warren City Police with possession of a controlled substance, purchase of a controlled substance, purchase of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an investigation revealed she was receiving shipments of illegal narcotics, bath salts, at her residence.
Crash. Warren City Police reported that on Jan. 10, Richard Barrett, 46, Warren, was cited for traffic control signals following a two-car accident. Police said Barrett drove through the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Conewango Avenue and his vehicle was struck by another vehicle.
Criminal mischief. On Feb. 9, Joseph Letendre, 27, Warren, was cited with criminal mischief following an argument where he broke a window during a domestic dispute.
Lost and found property. Warren-based state police reported that on Feb. 11 at 10:31 a.m. a dark-colored suitcase with clothing believed to be used for riding an ATV or off-road motorcycle was found on Route 27 at Sanford Road. Anyone who has lost or had similar items stolen is asked to contact the state police.
Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that a continued investigation of a theft on Brown Run Road that occurred last October resulted in an additional arrest. The investigation concluded that Tasha Lynn Caylor, 25, Jamestown, N.Y., was also present inside the residence and assisted in the theft of a large amount of coins. Police said a criminal complaint was filed charging Caylor with felony burglary and criminal mischief as well as one count each of misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking and summary criminal mischief. Further court action is pending, police said.
Arrest. Warren County Sheriff's deputies, with the assistance of Erie police apprehended Christina Meals, 41, Erie, on Feb. 11 at 4:30 p.m. She was arrested on nine bench warrants for failure to appear for fines and court costs issued by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas. She was placed in Warren County Jail pending further court action.
