Disorderly conduct. Warren City police said William Ohmer, 47, Warren, was cited on Feb. 12 for disorderly conduct after he threatened to harm an individual unknown to him. Police said in a separate incident on Feb. 16, Ohmer was charged with public drunkenness and pedestrians under influence after officers responded to a call of a man walking in the roadway. Police said Ohmer was found to be highly intoxicated at the time.
Crash. Warren City police said a juvenile motorist was cited for vehicle turning left on Feb. 19, after she caused a two-car accident when she turned in front of an oncoming vehicle that had the right-of-way.
Crash. Warren City police said Noah Hurrle, 19, Bradford, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices on Feb. 19, after officers responded to a two-car accident at Hickory Street and Fourth Avenue. Police said Hurrle attempted to stop his vehicle at the intersection, but was unable due to the slippery conditions, colliding with the car.
Forgery. Warren City police said Jason Czyz, 39, Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with two counts of forgery, three counts under the prohibited drug acts, and receiving stolen property following an investigation from a local pharmacy, that it had received a forged prescription. Police said Czyz was taken into custody at the pharmacy, arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson, and placed in the Warren County Jail on $25,000 bail. Czyz was charged with forgery, prohibited drug acts and receiving stolen property.
Concealments with whereabouts of a child. Warren City police said Kenneth Hadden, 18, Warren, was charged after officers attempted to locate a runaway juvenile from Ohio. Police said they found the runaway at Hadden's residence where he had attempted to hide the child from officers and did not report their whereabouts, knowing that the child was a runaway. Police said he was charged with concealments with whereabouts of a child, interference with custody of children and obstructing administration of law and was arraigned before District Justice Gregory and placed in the Warren County Jail on $15,000 bail.
Arrested. Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department arrested Mark Hamilton, 51, Warren, on Feb. 21 on charges of violation of parole. Hamilton, who was originally placed on Intermediate Punishment on a charge of possession with intent to deliver, was taken into custody on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County Prison pending further court action.
Bad check. Youngsville Borough police said Yvonne Ames, Youngsville, issued a check to the Galley Restaurant on Oct. 1, 2012 that was returned and marked insufficient funds. Police said charges were filed at District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth's office.
Charged. Youngsville Borough police said Nicholas Bennett, Pittsfield, issued two checks to the Galley Restaurant on Oct. 27, 2012, that were returned because the checking account had been closed. Police said Bennett is being charged with two counts of theft by deception and two counts of bad checks. Charges were filed at District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth's office.
