Retail theft. Police were dispatched on April 3 to Wal-Mart for a retail theft complaint. Nicholas Buziak, 21, Jamestown, NY, fled from loss prevention after attempting to steal an Xbox controller valued at $42.36. A traffic stop was conducted and Buziak was subsequently taken into custody for retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Buziak was arraigned before District Magistrate Carlson and placed in the Warren County Jail on $15,000 bail. Heather Brown, 23, Jamestown, NY, was a passenger in Buziak's vehicle and was in possession of separate drug paraphernalia. She was arraigned before District Magistrate Carlson and placed in the Warren County Jail on $15,000 bail.
Retail theft. Police were dispatched on April 8 to Wal-Mart for a retail theft complaint. Adam McCoy, 18, Warren, was confronted by loss prevention after removing computer hardware valued at $115.54 from the packaging and concealing it on his person. A non-traffic citation has been filed with District Justice Bauer's office.
Domestic dispute. Police were dispatched on April 13 to 86 Allegheny Drive for a report of a domestic dispute. Kenneth Brady, 49, same address, subjected a known male to physical contact while at 56 Allegheny Dr. Non-traffic citations for harassment and disorderly conduct have been filed at District Justice Bauer's office.
Accident. Police were dispatched on April 14 to Logan Rd. for a report of a vehicle in the ditch. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Thomas Allison, 38, Irvine. Allison was found to be driving under the influence. Charges have been filed with District Justice Bauer's office. Allison's vehicle was towed from the scene.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Theft of motor vehicle. Warren-based state police reported that between 8 p.m. on April 9 and 3:30 p.m. on April 11, at a private residence on Jackson Run Rd., unknown individual/s removed a 2000 Polaris Sportsman 335 from Bryan Clark's driveway. The ATV is described as being olive, drab in color, and it has a Polaris plow and Warn winch on it, and there is a crack on the front passenger side fender. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
