Harassment. Warren-based state police responded to a report of harassment at the Warren State Hospital at 12:40 a.m. on May 6. According to police, Justina Robison, 31, Warren, kicked Rachel Johnson, 27, Jamestown, N.Y., in the arm/bicep while Johnson was attempting to administer medical treatment. Charges were filed against Robison at District Justice Laura Bauer's office.
Underage drinking. Warren-based state police responded to a report of an underage drinking party on Lease Road off Cobham Park Road on May 5 at 1:18 a.m. Upon arrival, Ryan Feilder, 18, Clarendon, and Kevin VanOrd, 19, Warren, were found to have been consuming alcoholic beverages. Police said both will receive a non-traffic citation for underage drinking. Charges will be file through District Justice Laura Bauer's office.
Theft. Warren-based state police responded to a report of a bicycle theft that occurred on May 3 between midnight and 5 p.m. According to police, a green Mongoose BMX bicycle with green or silver pegs, a speedometer, and a broken rear brake lever was taken from the front yard of the residence along Roue 6. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
Theft of a motor vehicle. Warren-based state police responded to a report of a stolen red/white Honda 70R mini-bike valued at $500 from the back porch of Chrystal Wolcott's residence. According to reports, the theft occurred between 4 p.m. April 30 and 10 a.m. May 1. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crimestoppers.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Elm Street just north of Main Street on May 4 at 5:45 a.m. According to police, the crash occurred as Ricky Herron, 46, Brownstone Township, Mich., was traveling south on Elm Street. Herron reportedly veered off the right shoulder of the road and traveled into the front yard of 9 Elm St., struck the newspaper box in front of 5 Elm St. and came to rest against the porch rail of the business located at 3 Elm St. Tidioute volunteer firefighters and EMS responded to the scene and found the driver to be asleep at the wheel and apparently un-injured. Police said Herron was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently apprehended. Police said DUI and summary charges are to be filed at District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth's office.
