Three defendants pleaded guilty, charges were withdrawn against another and one was bound in absentia during central court proceedings on Wednesday before District Justice Laura Bauer.
The following pleaded guilty:
Christopher Hoffman, 109 W. Fifth Ave., to one count of false reports - reported offense did not occur.
Steven Germonto, 63 Houghton Ave., Sheffield, to one count of summary retail theft. One count of each of theft by unlawful taking - movable property, conspiracy - theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property were withdrawn.
Elizabeth Johnson, 202 Keenan St., to harassment. One count each of simple assault and harassment - subject other to contact, were withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against Anthony Lanza, no known address. He had been charged with criminal trespass - enter structure as well as defiant trespass.
David Craig, 13 Scott St., Tidioute, was bound in absentia. He has been charged with DUI: General impairment - incapable of safe driving - first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .15+) - first offense, disregard traffic lane (single), driving at safe speed and careless driving.
