Harassment. Corry based state police said on August 8, a known male, 48, and known female, 56, became involved in a verbal argument. During the argument each allegedly subjected the other to physical contact by grabbing/pushing/shoving each other, according to police.
Disorderly Conduct. Warren based state police were notified on August 10, at 10:30 pm. at the Warren County Fair Grounds, of a verbal altercation between two females. When the fair security approached Brittney Bailey, 24, of 106 Russell Street, Warren, she became extremely loud, verbally abusive and combative with fair security as they attempted to escort Bailey to the main gate. When Sheriff's Deputies arrived Bailey continued to be disorderly after repeated request to desist by deputies according to police. Bailey was taken into custody and a charge of Disorderly Conduct will be filed with District Judge Cynthia Lindemuth.
Hit and Run. Conewango Township Police are investigating a hit and run on August 10, that occurred on Beach St. involving a Penelec Utility Pole. A witness stated that a car traveling north on Beech St. left the roadway and struck the guide wire of the utility pole, with the front of the vehicle, resulting on heavy damage to the utility pole according to police. Access Device Fraud. Warren based state police said on August 2 and 3, a known person obtained debit card information belonging to a victim and defrauded $876.70 at various locations in Maryland.
