August 21, 2013
The Times Observer

The suspects pictured entered Red Apple in Sugar Grove and Kwik Fill in Pittsfield and presented a VISA for the purchase of gift cards totaling $672.60 (three at Red Apple for a total of $172.60, and one at Kwik Fill for $500). The victim, United Refining, received correspondence from VISA that the card had been terminated and that VISA would not pay United Refining for the purchases. The same person who presented the card in Sugar Grove and Pittsfield also used the card for $1012 in Mill Hall, Pa., four days prior to its use in this area.
