Charges against one Warren man were dismissed, seven defendants entered pleas of guilty and one was bound over for court in central court proceedings before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth on Wednesday.
Robert Allan Berlin, 305 1/2 Market Street, Warren, had all charges against him dismissed.
Entering guilty pleas were:
Aaron James Cool, 145 Dey Lane, Garland, to one count of driving while operator's privilege suspended or revoked. Counts of use of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license, failure to notify change in address, permitting unlicensed driver, disregarding traffic lanes, abandoning vehicle on a highway, careless driving and accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property were dropped.
Nicole Rae Johnson, 1070 Matthews Run Road, Youngsville to a count of disorderly conduct and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Counts of distributing or selling non-controlled substance as a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy to distribute or sell a controlled substance were dropped.
Christopher J. Benek, 212 South Edgar Street, Kane, to one count of disorderly conduct and hazardous physical offense. A count of defiant trespass with actual communication to stop trespass was dropped.
Neil Almon Ross III, 61 Parade Street, Union City, to one count of theft by unlawful taking, movable property. A count of receiving stolen property was dropped.
Jeremy Keith Burger, 60 West High Street, Union City, to a count of theft by unlawful taking, movable property. A count of receiving stolen property was dropped.
Kaylee S. Edwards, 23 Bates Street, Youngsville, to one count of disorderly conduct. A count of use or possession of drug paraphernalia was dropped,
Chris Fremont McAmbley, 1185 Four Wheel Drive was bound over to court on charges of DUI: general impairment incapable of driving safely, second offense; careless driving and failure to use safety belt, driver and front seat occupant.
