Probation Violation. On Sept 27, officers of the Warren County Adult Department, with assistance from the Warren City Police Department, arrested Renee Lynn Steele, 19, Clarendon, on charges of violation of probation. Steele, who was originally placed on probation on the charges Disorderly Conduct and of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, was taken into custody by probation officers on a Supervisor's Warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action. During the arrest, drug paraphernalia was discovered in Steele's possession, and officers from the Warren City Police Department advised probation officers that additional charges would be filed.
Criminal Mischief. Conewango Township Police said on Sept. 28 an unknown vehicle backed into a decorative rock wall surrounding a flower bed at 14 River Road, Warren, causing damage to the rock wall. Anyone with information please contact the Conewango Township Police Department.
Theft. Pennsylvania State Police said between Sept 23-25, someone stole several oil pump weights, belonging to Sylvan Energy, from a lease road off of Hearts Content Rd. The weights are approx 2 feet by 1 1/2 feet, rectangular in shape, and orange in color. Anyone with information contact state police or PA Crime Stoppers.

Terroristic Threats/Simple Assault/Harassment. Warren State Police said on Sept 8, on Cable Hollow Road, a known male and female, both of Russell became involved in a domestic dispute that turned physical. Charges were filed against the unnamed accused for Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, and Harassment through MDJ Bauer's Office, according to police.
Simple Assault/Domestic. Josh Anderson, 33, Youngsville, has been charged with Simple Assault and Harassment. On Sept. 27, the Youngsville Police were called to a domestic at his residence on East Main Street, and through further investigation, found Anderson to be the offender in the physical altercation. The victim was observed with lacerations on her forehead. Anderson has been jailed on $25,000 unrestricted bail, while he awaits his preliminary court hearing.
