The Times Observer

The Pennsylvania Kinzua Pathways received a $1,000 donation rom The Fraternal Order of Eagles 313, Warren. Receiving the check are volunteer members from PKP, Adam Meneo, Chris Hobbs, Coralee Wenzel and Heather Knauer. PKP has worked closely with the ANF in developing a trail system and performing environmental studies to ensure this project protects the balance of naturalism and use.
