Retail theft. Warren State Constables arrested John D. Ruby, 21, Warren, at noon on Oct. 24 on a bench warrant for a charge of retail theft. Ruby appeared before District Justice Glenn Carlson and was released pending further court action.
Disorderly conduct. On Oct. 24 at 1:30 p.m., Warren State Constables arrested Christina Flasher, 24, Warren, on a bench warrant for a charge of disorderly conduct engaged in fighting. Flasher appeared before District Justice Glenn Carlson, paid fines and costs and was released.
Retail Theft. Conewango Township Police report between Dec. 19, 2011 and Oct. 12, 2013, Christina Renninger, Russell, stole $2,643.66 worth of cash from the cash registers at the K-Mart in Warren Mall while she was employed there. Police said Renninger also stole $434.34 worth of merchandise from the store during that same time frame. Police said Renninger was charged with theft by unlawful taking and retail theft.
Theft. Conewango Township Police report on Oct. 15 at 1 p.m., they were contacted by loss prevention personnel at K-Mart in reference to an internal theft investigation involving two employees. Police said Charlie Lewis, 22, Russell, was charged with two retail thefts and two criminal conspiracies involving theft between September and October totaling $590.85 worth of merchandise. Police also said David Bartlett, 26,Warren, was charged with three retail thefts and two criminal conspiracies involving theft between September and October totaling $720.86 worth of merchandise.
Failure to pay. On Oct. 24 at 10 a.m., Warren State Constables arrested Michael S. Case, 32, Youngsville, on a bench warrant for a charge of failure to pay traffic violations. Case was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson and remanded to the Warren County Jail.
Possession of a weapon. Youngsville Borough Police are investigating an alleged threat at a Youngsville High School football game on Oct. 11 at 8:30 p.m. According to police, two 12-year-old boys left the game at halftime and proceeded through the parking lot at YHS. According to police, while walking past a 15-year-old male student sitting on a sidewalk, a comment was made toward him. Next, the 15-year-old allegedly chased after them with a knife. The younger boys ran away and called their parents to come pick them up. Anyone with information is asked to contact Youngsville Police at 563-7555.
Harassment. Youngsville Borough Police were called to Youngsville High School on Thursday for an alleged harassment case. According to police, a 14-year-old female student threatened to beat up and punch another 14- year-old female student. Police said both parents have been contacted and charges are pending.
