Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police report on Nov. 20 at 6:16 p.m. someone used a sharp object to cut a dog leash at the victim's Eldred Center Road. residence. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
PFA violation. Warren-based state police report on Nov. 18 at 3:36 p.m. Brian Garges, 24, Bradford, violated a protection from abuse order that was in place by contacting the protected person by telephone. Police said Garges proceeded to contact the protected person eight times in a four-hour period. Police said Garges was taken into custody on the violation and arraigned in front of District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth. Bail was set at $25,000 and Garges was committed to the Warren County Jail.
Theft. Warren-based state police report on Nov. 19 between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. someone unlawfully syphoned approximaely $40 of gasoline from a vehicle owned by a female from Tidioute. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
