Parkinson support offered
The Warren Parkinson Disease support group will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, at CTI Physical Therapy, 2265 Market St., Warren. Individuals with Parkinson Disease and their families are invited. For more information, call 757-8795
Auditions for Warren Players' presentation of Neil Simon's "Barefoot in the Park" will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday and Monday, Dec. 1-2, at the Struthers Library Theatre in the third floor rehearsal room. There are roles for six adults available: Corie Bratter (18-35 years old), a newlywed married only six days at the beginning of the play (young, pretty and full of enthusiasm for the future); Paul Bratter (20-35 years old), Corie's husband, an attorney in his first job (his dress and his outlook are very conservative); Ethel Banks (40-60 years old), Corie's mother; Victor Velasco (40-60 years old), the Bratters' upstairs neighbor (he is a colorful character); Harry Pepper (30-60 years old), a good-humored man who makes observations as he installs and fixes telephones; delivery man (40-60 years old), a kind man who brings wedding gifts sent to the Bratters (cameo role).
