A "Healthy Happy Hour" with Coach Megan will be presented by Warren Chiropractic Care Center from 5:30 to 6 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month at the Warren County YMCA. Topics will include:

Making your own breakfast or lunch is much less expensive than eating out. It also gives you total control over the calories and carbohydrate in your meal. Let's face it. But brown bagging it doesn't guarantee a healthful meal. You still need to be mindful of the foods you pack. Coach Megan will guide you through easier to prepare meals that pack a great nutritional punch.
February 19: Sugar Blues
Coach Megan will give you tips and tricks to jump-start the process of kicking sugar and carb cravings and get off the blood sugar roller-coaster.
March 19:Gluten Free Grains
Whether you're new to the gluten-free game, or would like to go to take your digestive health to the next level, you'll find this class engaging and illuminating. Let Coach Megan help you expand your horizon and discover a whole new way of eating gluten free grains.
April 16: Recipe Redux
Healthy eating should always taste delicious. Coach Megan will focus on taking delicious dishes, keeping them delicious, but making them better for you. As the Latin term "redux" means to revisit or reinvent, Coach Megan is reinventing the idea of healthy eating with a taste-first approach and inspire a healthy eater in every food lover.

Have you been wanting to make easy and healthy additions into your diet? Greens are a great addition to any diet and detox your body. Not only do greens have endless culinary possibilities, they also rid the body of toxins and built up sludge.
