Learn fun postcard craft at the library

February 3, 2014
The Times Observer

Craft instructor Meg Robeson will offer people an opportunity to learn how to take file folders, measure and fold, then stamp and embellish to create a spine for postcards (or double-sided cardstock). This accordion spine lets participants read their postcards, and it's a great way to remove those old postcards from albums and create a free-standing album. The cost of the class is only $5 to cover supplies. Stop in the library to see a sample and to sign up for this fun class. Adults, teens and tweens are all welcome. Pre-registration and payment of the $5 non-refundable deposit is mandatory. The class will be held in the Slater Room of the Warren Public Library on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The class is limited to 22 participants. Questions should be addressed to Robeson at 757-8525.
