Judge Gregory Hammond handed down sentences to seven individuals during sentence court on Friday, February 14.
Receiving sentences were:
Bradley Glenn Dale, 150 Depot Street, Garland, was sentenced to one year less two days to two years less one day in the Warren County Jail, three years of probation, $2,125 in fines and fees, $40 in restitution, no contact with the victim and to provide a DNA sample for a felony charge of carrying a firearm without a license and a charge of retail theft. He is eligible for early re-entry and work release.
David W. Fleming, 407 Market Street, in care of the Warren County Jail, Warren to 12 to 66 months in a state correctional institute with credit for time served, $2,000 in fines and fees, $1,639.10 in restitution, no contact with the victim for counts of felony criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking. He is boot camp and Recidivism Risk Reduction Incentive (RRRI) eligible.
Richard Allen Goodman, III, 131 Russell Street, Warren, to $675 in fines and costs and no contact with the victim for harassment.
Joshua Caleb Harrington, 16419 Route 27, Grand Valley, to six months to two years, less one day in the Warren County Jail, $875 in fines and fees, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations of the same, six months of driver's license suspension and have no contact with the victim on counts of possession of a small amount of marijuana and simple assault. He is early release and work release eligible.
Blair Edward Phillips,108 Oak Street, Apartment 706, Warren, to two years of probation to run consecutively with a current incarceration for parole violation, $875 in fines and fees, $410 in restitution no contact with the victim and 50 hours of community service for a count of receiving stolen property.
John Walter Soderberg, 506 Route 27, Pittsfield, to 89 days to two years, less one day with credit for time served, $1,250 in fines and fees, ten dollars in restitution, a two-year driver's license suspension, 25 hours of community service and to undergo and comply with a drug and alcohol evaluation for theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
