To the constituents of the City of Warren:
There have been several meeting son the parking problems of our downtown. The combined public turnout for all these meetings wouldn't have filled a telephone booth.
It is your right not to show up. It is not, however, your right to stop and borderline harass city council people when they are out shopping or at dinner with their nine-year-old grandson.
City council cannot legislate common sense or decency; so I emplore you to find some.
