Warren-based state police report Joseph Paul Pratt, 300 Willard Street, Apartment 1, Jamestown was arrested for criminal trepass for entering the Wal Mart store in North Warren after receiving a notice of trespass not to do so, and for retail theft after stealing a Samsung security system, a home theater system and a latch tote worth a total value of $785.43
Burglary. Warren-based state police report unkown subject(s) entered a camp at 31036 Route 6 in Pittsfield Township belonging to Elizza Marie Mott, Sheffield, and removed a wood stove, a dining room table and a main electrical breaker. The investigation is continuing.
Excessive false alarms. The G. G. Greene Estate was cited by Warren-based state police for having in excess of three false alarms within a 12-month period.
Pine Grove Twp.
Crash Samuel J. Russo, Kane, was cited by Warren-based state police for driving at a safe speed after an accident on Cable Hollow Road at 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30. State police say his 2003 Chevrolet Impala left the roadway east of Mill Road, struck a mailbox, spun clockwise and came to rest facing backwards in a shallow ditch.
DUI crash Beth Ann Pace, Russell, was charged by Warren-based state police with DUI after crashing her 2007 Ford F-150 on a curve on Ackeley Road, .4 miles north of Cable Hollow Road at 7:10 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29. According to state police, she failed to negotiate a curve, climbed an embankment and struck a tree. The vehicle received heavy front- end damage. Charges were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer.
