Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested William McKenzie, 19, Warren, on May 15 at 10:30 a.m. on a bench warrant for driving without a license issued by District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth. McKenzie was taken before Lindemuth and released pending further court action.
Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Dakota James Wilson, 18, Warren, on May 15 at 9 a.m. on a bench warrant for purchasing alcoholic beverage by a minor. He was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson.
Theft. Tidioute Borough police reported that Erik Loebach, Tidioute, told police that between 2 p.m. on May 9 and 11:20 a.m. on May 14, while he was on vacation, someone forced entry into his home and took a cellphone, headphones and $40 in change. Nothing inside the home was out of place or ransacked, according to police. Anyone who may have seen anyone around his house during this time is asked to contact the borough police.
Crash. Kane-based state police responded to a one vehicle accident on May 15 at 7:20 a.m. on Pa-59 west of Klondike Road. A 1997 Ford F-150 driven by Joseph W. Madigan, 23, Warren, was traveling eastbound along 59 before losing control, driving off of the eastbound lane and into the south ditch. The vehicle then crossed a driveway and side-swiped a tree. The vehicle continued in the ditch and struck numerous small trees and rolled over onto its roof after striking a large tree. The vehicle was found at final rest facing southeast in the ditch with disabling damage. Madigan claimed no injuries and was checked by Lafayette Twp. EMS. As a precaution to a head injury and not wearing a seat belt, Madigan was transported to Bradford Regional Medical Center for further evaluation. The vehicle was recovered and towed by Fox and Sons Excavating. Corydon Twp. Fire and Rescue and Lafayette Twp. Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene. Madigan was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic and restraint system.
