Harassment. Warren City Police reported that Raymond Ruzich, 41, Warren, was cited for harassment on May 9 following an investigation into an incident that occurred on March 15.
Possession. Warren City Police reported that William McKenzie, 19 Warren, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and underage drinking on May 18 after police responded to a disturbance on Prospect Street at 1:02 a.m. on May 5.
DUI. Warren City Police reported that Dennis Schwone, 32, Warren, was charged with DUI .16 percent or higher, DUI general impairment and possession of drug paraphernalia after it was reported that a vehicle was blocking northbound and southbound traffic on Prospect Street on May 10 at 1:20 a.m.
Public drunkenness. Warren City Police reported that William Turfitt, 21, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness on May 10 after police responded to a report of a man walking down the middle of Market Street at 3:22 a.m.
Crash. Warren City Police reported that Levi Shafer, 24, Pittsfield, was cited for following too closely after a two-vehicle accident on May 12 at 11:45 a.m. at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue E. and Parker Street.
Arrested. Warren City Police reported that Marty Sisco Jr., 23, St. Marys, was taken into custody at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue W. and Hickory Street on a warrant from Elk County Probation on May 15 at 12:05 a.m. Police said Sisco was remanded to the Warren County Prison to be held for Elk County.
Crash. Warren City Police reported that Stephen Gardner, 32, Warren, was cited for careless driving on May 15 following a one-vehicle accident on Conewango Avenue at 7:15 p.m.
Public drunkenness. Warren City Police reported that Tyler Whitney, 21, Sheffield, was cited for public drunkenness on May 16 after a complaint was received about an intoxicated male in the area of Pennsylvania Avenue W. and Market Street at 8:20 p.m.
Harassment. Warren City Police said Steven Swick, 41, Warren, was cited for harassment on May 18 after a report of a previous domestic dispute was received by officers.
Interference with custody of children. Warren-based state police reported that between May 2 and May 4 Josh L. Anderson, 33, Youngsville, took the victim, a 16-year-old female, to a local motel without the permission or consent of the victim's parent. Charges were filed, including interference with custody of children and corruption of minors, at District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth's office in Youngsville. An arrest warrant was issued and Anderson was located. He was transported to Lindemuth's office for arraignment and bail was set at $50,000. Anderson was committed to the Warren County Jail.
Harassment. Corry-based state police reported that between 8:30 and 8:45 p.m. on May 16 a 14-year-old male was riding his bicycle on Baccus Corners Road when Vincent Jay Puckly, 47, began to shout expletives towards the juvenile from his front porch. Police said the juvenile became alarmed and rode his bicycle away from the location. Police said the investigation is continuing.
Theft. Warren-based state police reported that someone removed a concrete planter base from the front of the business at 121 Main St., without the consent of the owner during overnight hours May 18 to May 19. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stopppers.
