Fleeing. Kimberly Lynn Collingwood, 23, of Sugar Grove, was charged with fleeing and eluding, hit and run, endangering the welfare of children, and multiple summary traffic violations at 1:54 p.m. Sunday at Route 6 and Exchange Street in Clarendon. Police said Collingwood pulled over to the berm during a traffic stop, then accelerated away. Police said Collingwood did not stop "while emergency lights and siren were activated." According to police, Collingwood's vehicle struck a parked vehicle in the course of the alleged flight, which lasted about 1.5 miles. Police said two infant boys were in the car with Collingwood during the incident. Collingwood was arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson and taken to Warren County jail on $20,000.
Harassment. Two men were charged with harassment after a physical altercation with a Warren man at 2:27 a.m. Sunday, at a Hatch Run Road residence in Glade Township. Police said Craig Czech, 53, of Erie, and Shawn Czech, 55, of Punxsutawney, punched the victim several times and pushed him to the ground. Charges were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer's office.
Crash. Douglas S. Weaver, 38, of Canton, Ohio, was charged with a violation of vehicles turning left after a three-vehicle crash at 7:02 a.m. Monday on Route 6 near Cherry Grove Road in Mead Township. Police said Weaver attempted to turn left into a business, turning into the path of an oncoming vehicle driven by Anthony Rhed, 33, of Reynoldsville. Rhed's vehicle struck the front of Weaver's, the continued into a vehicle driven by Danney A. Ringer, 31, of Warren, that was behind Weaver's, according to police. Rhed took a "minor injury" from the crash. State police were assisted at the scene by Clarendon Volunteer Fire Department, EmergyCare, Koebley and PennMark towing.
