DUI/drug possession. Warren-based state police said a 15-year-old juvenile from Pittsfield was stopped for several minor traffic violations and was found to be under the influence of marijuana. The juvenile was taken into custody for DUI, drug possession, drivers required to be licensed and several minor traffic violations.
Possession of drug paraphernalia. Conewango Township police said Elizabeth Seice, Warren, was arrested for drug possession after officers came into contact with her in front of her residence at 6:45 p.m. Friday. Police said a criminal complaint has been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer's office.
PFA violation. Warren-based state police said a unidentified 23-year-old victim reported her estranged husband Jared Allan Kum, 24 of Elicott, N.Y., had contacted her in violation of an active PFA. Police say Kum had called the victim and left a voicemail on her cellphone and a third party had sent text messages in violation of the active PFA. Kum was contacted about the violation and turned himself in to the state police. He was arraigned before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth and Kum was released on his own recognizance.
Theft. Warren-based state police said they are investigating the theft of a purse from a motor vehicle at a School Street residence between June 19 at 11 p.m. to June 20 at 9 a.m. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crime Stoppers.
