Charged. Warren City police charged Keith Lundmark, 21, Warren, with DUI, DUI highest rate of alcohol and careless driving after an officer observed him squealing the tires of his vehicle at 1:26 a.m. on June 9.
Charged. Warren City police charged Dakota Hochstine, 18, and a juvenile male with underage drinking at 11:45 p.m. June 10 after police came into contact with them while assisting Adult Probation look for another subject.
Charged. Warren City police charged a 16-year-old male with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on June 13 after officers were called to his residence by his father, who had found the items.
Cited. Warren City police said Robin Barr, 50, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness at 3:38 a.m. on June 18 after an officer came across him leaning against a truck sleeping.
Cited. Warren City police said a 14-year-old female was cited for underage drinking on June 18 after officers made contact with her.
Cited. Warren City police said Randy Miller, 24, Russell, was cited for harassment on June 22 after officers received a report that he had bitten the victim, known to him, in front of a local business.
Forgery/theft. Warren-based state police said Todd E. Putman, Sabinsville, Pa., was charged last Friday with forgery theft after he stole checks from one victim and used them to purchase items at Car-Go Auto Parts. Police said Putman also used the stolen checks at numerous other locations in Pennsylvania totaling over $2,500. He was taken into custody by state police in Rockview, Centre County, and will be transported to Warren County to face charges.
Spring Creek Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police said an unidentified driver was traveling south on Taylor Road in a 2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue when it crashed into an embankment. The vehicle sustained minor damage and the driver's side windshield had a crack in it. Police said the driver was not present when they arrived on the scene.
Defiant trespass. The Warren County Sheriff's Office said Matthew Roberts, 36, was charged with defiant trespass on at 1:10 p.m. Sunday after deputies observed individuals trespassing on the north side on the top of Kinzua Dam on U.S. Army Corp of Engineers private property.
Warrant arrest. The Warren County Sheriff's Office said Paula Jo Ortega-Hetrick, 46, was taken into custody on at 4:17 p.m. Wednesday at 43 Anchor St. on a warrant for failure to appear for sentencing court on a felony charge of manufacture, delivery, or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver.
