DUI. City of Warren Police charged David Rutsky, 54, Warren, with DUI, turning movements, and required signals following a traffic stop on June 20.
Burglary. City of Warren Police charged two juvenile boys with burglary and criminal trespass after an incident that took place at 5 a.m. Monday, July 14. According to police, the boys entered an occupied residence and fled when confronted by the homeowner.
Fugitive. City of Warren Police charged Mickey Darling, 39, Jamestown N.Y., as a fugitive from justice on Thursday, July 17. Police said Darling was found to be living in Warren with an active warrant for his arrest from New York State Parole. Darling was taken to Warren County Jail after failing to post $10,000 bail.
Cited. City of Warren Police cited Tierra Card, 18, and Erich Cox, 20, both of Warren, for harassment following a domestic dispute at their residence on Sunday, July 20.
Trespass. City of Warren Police cited Brion Thomas, 44, Clarendon, for criminal mischief and trespassing. According to police, a resident reported that a man known to her was on the roof of her home without permission.
Cited. City of Warren Police cited Daniel Haskins, 26, Warren, for public drunkenness on Sunday, July 27, after police allegedly observed him lying face down in the grass of a local school at 2:16 a.m.
Underage. Conewango Township Police cited Cole Wilson, 18; Zachary Snodgrass, 19; and a male juvenile for underage drinking at 1:33 a.m. Saturday, July 26, at 114 Vine St. after police, who were responding to a separate incident, allegedly found them to be under the influence of and in possession of alcohol. Police said citations were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer's office. City of Warren Police assisted at the scene.
