Theft. Corry-based state police reported that someone removed a tree stand from Humphrey Hill Road sometime between 8 a.m. April 15 and 3 p.m. Aug. 17. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
Dog fight. Conewango Township police were called to 140 Spruce Court for a complaint of one dog attacking another. The resident reported that her Jack Russell Terrier was tied up in her front yard when it was attacked by her neighbor's pit bull on Saturday, Aug. 23. Police said the owner of the pit bull, Amelia Perry, 12A Robin Lane, paid the veterinary bill. She was cited for confinement and housing a dog not part of a kennel.

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that Jamie Lee Rogers, 39, Corry, was stopped on Woloszyn Road for a traffic violation south of Old Route 77 at 12:10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 23. Police said it was determined that Rogers was driving under the influence of alcohol. Charges of DUI and several traffic violations were filed with District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Burglary. Warren-based state police said someone entered a shed at 1625 Stillson Hill Road sometime between 6:15 a.m. Sunday, Aug.17 and 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20 and removed a black Baja dirt bike. The intruder also stole two Beagle/Blue Tick puppies from a kennel on the victim's property.
Burglary. Warren-based state police someone, described as a white male, six-foot-two or six-foot-three with a slender build and wearing a white hooded sweater, blue jeans and white shoes forcibly gained entry into Stateline Auto Parts at 11:25 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23. Police said the intruder pried the office door, ransacked the interior, and moved several items, including an empty cash register. The intruder fled the business through the front door and was last seen heading down the driveway toward Catlin Hill Road. Police said an unknown make/model/color vehicle was seen approaching the intruder as he fled the scene, and it is presumed that the intruder was picked up by the driver of that vehicle, before fleeing the scene northbound on Catlin Hill Road. Anyone with information is asked to call the state police or Crimestoppers.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police said someone tipped over an on-site portable toilet at Larimer Park sometime between 10 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Sunday, causing approximately $500 damage.
