Superior Tire announces senior leadership reorganization

Superior Tire is focusing on business growth and workforce development in 2025.

The past year brought the largest capital investments in company history in new equipment and expanded production space, with Superior Tire turning this year to optimizing these investments by enhancing employee skills, training, and leadership.

As part of this initiative, the company has announced a senior leadership reorganization, effective Feb. 3.

– Dr. Joe Peterson has been promoted to executive vice president – operations, overseeing manufacturing, production and scheduling, purchasing, engineering, and quality.

– Jared R. Steier has been promoted to executive vice president – commercial, leading sales, marketing, logistics, finance, IT, and administration.

– Calynne Neff has been promoted to director of human resources, environmental, health, and safety, focusing on employee well-being and organizational development.

Company officials said the restructuring aims to strengthen departmental collaboration, allow manufacturing leaders to concentrate on operations, and support the company’s commitment to employee training and skill development.

Superior Tire, a USA manufacturer, has experienced growth in the last five years in all business units. With expanded capacity in track pads, load wheels, and mid-sized press-ons, the company is well-positioned to meet the stringent delivery and quality standards of world-class OEMs and aftermarket partners.

“Our success will come down to two things: growing our business partnerships and investing in our people,” said Hank LeMeur, Superior Tire president and CEO. “With the right strategy, leadership, and teamwork, I have no doubt we will reach and exceed our goals.”

Starting at $2.99/week.
