SpendLess is open at 1751 Market St., North Warren.

SpendLess discount grocery and merchandise store is now open and located at 1751 Market St., North Warren, in the small plaza next to Dairy Queen.

The location offers discount grocery items including a gluten-free section, a small sugar-free section and much more. There are diamond art kits and various craft items also. The store offers weekly specials, which we post on our Facebook page. A lot of the food and merchandise is overstock items, but some can be outdated. SpendLess accepts cash, credit/debit card and EBT as forms of payment.

It is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6p.m.; noon to 6 p.m. Saturday and closed Sunday.

Variety in the store changes weekly. SpendLess will help stretch your dollars by offering great products for a discounted price. It will be fully stocked for the upcoming holidays with decorations, gifts, candy and much more. It offers hard to find or never seen before items.

A grand reopening will be at 1 p.m. Sept. 11. The store will be offering a $5 off the purchase of $20 discount all day.

There will be a huge flea market/ craft show, vendor show and sales in the parking lot right next to the business to help kick off the re grand opening. There will be mystery prizes and drawings for customers throughout the day.

There also will be a sub eating contest around 1:30 p.m. at Homer’s Subs and More located next door. Anyone interested in participating can sign up no later than 1 p.m. on the day of the event.
