17 pleas entered in county court
The following criminal pleas have been entered recently in Warren County court.
Jeremy L. Anderson, 41, Clarendon, to two dockets including charges of criminal mischief and conspiracy – criminal trespass. Charges including two counts of burglary, conspiracy (burglary), defiant trespass, theft and conspiracy (theft) were not prosecuted.
William J. Burch, Jr., 36, Sugar Grove, to disorderly conduct. Charges of simple assault and harassment were not prosecuted.
Jamie L. Clayton, 36, Corry, Pa., to DUI and three traffic offenses. Charges of DUI and tow traffic offenses were not prosecuted.
Cheyenne M. Collins, 26, Russell, to endangering the welfare of children. Two additional counts of endangering the welfare of children, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance were not prosecuted.
Matthew T. Fox, 28, Warren, to criminal mischief and retail theft. Charges of theft and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.
William M. Jerman, 43, Warren, to DUI. Charges of DUI and a traffic offense were not prosecuted.
Nicole R. Johnson, 40, Youngsville, to charges at two dockets including DUI, two traffic offenses and endangering the welfare of children. Two counts of DUI, four traffic offenses, endangering the welfare of children and possession of a controlled substance were not prosecuted.
Mark D. Kline, 55, Meadville Pa., to corruption of minors. Charges including three counts of indecent assault and four counts of corruption of minors were not prosecuted.
Jessica L. O’Neil, 43, Clarendon, to terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person. Charges of simple assault and discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure were not prosecuted.
Cody S. Phinney, 31, Clarendon, to charges at three dockets including fleeing and eluding, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, fraud to alter title, registration or insurance, DUI and nine traffic offenses. Five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of fraud to alter title, registration or insurance, DUI and four traffic offenses were not prosecuted.
Philip T. Pena, 38, Youngsville, to theft. Charges of burglary, conspiracy (burglary) and conspiracy (theft) were not prosecuted.
Colby J. Phillips, 49, Warren, on two dockets to harassment, stalking and simple assault. Charges including two counts of stalking, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of harassment were not prosecuted.
Alton M. Swanson, 59, Warren, to DUI and traffic offense. Charges of DUI and a traffic offense were not prosecuted.
Robert M. Turner, 60, Warren, to DUI and three traffic offenses. Charges of DUI and three traffic offenses were not prosecuted.
Jeffery R. Vanpelt, 59, Clarendon, to driving on a DUI-suspended license.
Elation O. White, 53, Warren, to driving on a DUI-suspended license.
